Pain management

Pain is a personal experience and can be complex. Our goal is to never forget that the problem is not just a pain condition, but a real person in pain, with a real life beyond pain that they long to return too.

Our aim is to reduce pain and suffering by changing the way the world understands, thinks about and treats pain.

We are committed to delivering the best and most tailored designed physiotherapy solution. We employ non-opioid strategies and work closely with the patient to tackle their pain, to guide, support and empower the person in pain to play an active role in their own pain management. The focus is to provide an individualised treatment plan. We will teach you how to get relief from pain and we help people to help themselves to regain quality of life again.

Rehab

Exercise is an important modality of treatment for Chronic Muscular Pain (tension-type and cervicogenic induced headaches including migraines, joint and muscle pain, postural fatigue, arthritis).

You will receive an individualised exercise program to treat your Orthopaedic Injury (neck, shoulder, wrist, upper and lower back, hip, ankle) as well as to help with preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation.

Research has proved that exercise should be prescribed just as medicine and that physical activity serves a pivotal role in the prevention of injuries and in health promotion. That is why the “Exercise is Medicine” initiative in the USA was launched and is so successful.
